By accessing and using our website or services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Services

Superstix Custom Golf provides professional golf equipment services including:

• Golf club repair and restoration
• Custom club fitting services
• Grip replacement and installation
• Shaft replacement and modification
• Equipment consultation and analysis
• Vintage golf equipment restoration

3. Service Terms and Conditions

3.1 Service Estimates

All service estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Estimates are based on initial assessment and may be subject to change if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. We will contact you for approval before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate.

3.2 Equipment Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your equipment, Superstix Custom Golf's liability for loss or damage to customer equipment is limited to the fair market value of the equipment at the time of service, not to exceed $500 per item. We recommend that customers maintain appropriate insurance coverage for valuable equipment.

3.3 Warranty

We provide a 90-day warranty on all repair work, covering workmanship and materials used in the repair. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by factors beyond our control. Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period.

3.4 Equipment Storage

Equipment left for service will be stored securely in our facility. Equipment not claimed within 90 days of completion notification may be subject to storage fees. Equipment abandoned for more than 180 days may be disposed of at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
• A service charge may apply to returned checks
• Equipment will not be released until payment is received in full
• Past due accounts may be subject to collection procedures

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superstix Custom Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your equipment and service needs
• Disclose any known defects or previous repairs
• Pay for services in accordance with our payment terms
• Retrieve your equipment within a reasonable time after completion
• Follow any care instructions provided for repaired equipment

7. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Superstix Custom Golf and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
